At the age of 25, Pierina’s life was tragically cut short when she was brutally attacked and killed by a man who attempted to assault her. Despite the danger, Pierina fought to preserve her purity and life, but her martyrdom is a testament to her unwavering faith and her devotion to God's will, even in the face of extreme violence. Her death occurred on May 6, 1957, in the town of Albino, Italy.
